Co-extrusion Technology - Our mailing bags are produced using co-extrusion technology. During the process of blowing polythene film, most suppliers compress two layers of polythene film into one; however we compress three layers of polythene film into one. This ensures the bag is 100% opaque and provides high confidentiality during transit to reduce the risk of tampering.
Waterproof, lightweight and extremely strong - all our bags are manufactured using tough LDPE that has at least a 50-80 micron thickness, providing incredible durability within our postal system yet still being very lightweight, water and burst proof.
